yesterday, in the middle of doing drp, i hav to go for ocp for rehearsal for my script n role play...sob cannot do my mic again...but at least during the presentation to ms hor, i noe the main machanism for obesity to cause diabetes....seems tat fats is the wan more related to diabetes than suger...in the past, gt wrong conception that eating too much sugar will cause diabetes but tats nt the case... when the website say cut down on high fats n sugar food will prevent diabetes. but i was in a doubt...how can fats b related to diabetes...since diabetes is call tang niao bing( sugar urine disease in mandrian)...then the website say tat high fat n sugar food will lead to obisity which will in thurn increase the risk of getting diabetes. but i tot obesity will lead to diabetes wif no machansim...jus suddenly lead to diabetes so i dun care about it...but when ms hor ask during presentation how does obsity can lead to diabetes, none of my grp can ans...but i was tinking...i really must b able to ans...to show that i noe more thsn yr 1...since my grp consist of yr1 n 2...after asking a few times, still none of us can ans so i started to tink through...tpye 2 diabetes is more of insulin resistance of cell so could it b sth is blocking then insulin of the cell? then since obesity will lead to diabetes, then obsesity is too much fats...too high sugar food lead to obesity as ecess glucose will convert to fats which means that fat is the one which is blocing than receptor of insulin? so through guessing n a bit of knowledge for type 2 diabetesi gt the conclusion, i told ms hor...n ms hor say correct...woos finally correct le...finally noe the macanism of obesity tat cuase type 2 diabetes le...
